Premature Ejaculation
This one doesn't get talked about much. But it should.
It's far more common than most men realize, and it's one of the most treatable issues we see. The part that makes it worse is the silence around it. Most men just live with it, never knowing there are real clinical solutions available - and now you don't even have to walk into a clinic to get them.

What's behind it?
PE rarely has a single cause. It can trace back to anxiety, stress, depression, low testosterone, certain medications, or simply how your body responds to stimulation. For some men it's always been there. For others it develops over time, sometimes as a side effect of something else entirely.
The honest conversation you have with our physician is what helps us find the real cause. Not just the symptom.
Will it go away on its own?
For most men, no. And waiting usually makes it worse because the anxiety layer builds on top of the physical one. The good news is it's one of the most treatable issues we see. Men who finally do something about it almost universally say the same thing - they wish they hadn't waited as long as they did.
